Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, a 50% non refundable deposit is due to hold your sessions date and time. The remaining balance will be due 10 days before the session.
If you purchased a package of sessions, the deposit will be $175. The remaining balance will be divided equally between the sessions. (Payments accepted: All major credit cards, or cash)
Q. How many people can be photographed?
A. With each session, you are allowed up to 4 peopl, 5 or more people are a $25 charge per person. (If its a portrait, couples, kids, 3 months, 6 months or 9 month sessions, than only the number of people stated for each session is allowed. Excluding the fresh 48 due to the fact that all who are in your maternity room, may come out in photos.)
Q. Where are the photographs taken?
A. We will meet you at a location of your choice or we can suggest a location that will fit the style of backdrop you are looking for. In most cases, we can meet you at your home.
Q. How long does a session last?
A. A typical session lasts 60-90 minutes depeding on the session. A newborn session will take 2-3 hours dependind how your baby is doing.
Q. Can I add a maternity or fresh 48 session to my milestone package?
Yes. Please inform us you would like to add. To add a maternity session it will be an additional $175, and for a fresh 48 it will be an additionl $150.
Q. Do you bring your own props?
A. Yes, we will bring props for the newborn session. We may bring some headbands or small props for other sessions, depending on the type of session and the desired style.
Q. Do you provide make-up?
A. If interested in getting your makeup done by a make-up artist for your shoot, it will be an additional $80 for in studio shoot and starting at $125 for location shoots per person.
Q. What should I wear? Can I have more than one outfit?
A. Outfit changes are allowed. What you wear will be based on your personality and the style of photo shoot you envision. General recommendations: avoid loud, distracting prints and embrace color. For families, general coordination is encouraged, but exact matching makes it difficult to distinguish where one person ends and another begins. Most importantly, keep in mind that rules are made to be broken. It is imperative that your personality shines; these are your keepsakes.
Here are some additional and hopefully, helpful tips...
Coordinate. Don't Match - The key to photos with more than one person. How to do this, you ask? You could start by perhaps coming up with a theme, style or pattern and incorporate this in some way into each person's outfit. Flowers? Stripes? You can also start with one article of clothing that you love and choose colors from that piece for the other family members.
Choose outfits with good color and texture - Some examples: knits, ruffles, denim, scarves. These choices can really add some edge and pop to your photos! Don't be afraid to stand out!
Comfort, Comfort, COMFORT! - As you can see, this is a big one for us. If you or your children are uncomfortable, it WILL show in your photos. This is a 'lifestyle' session, which means that while we may do a few posed portraits, the majority of the shots will be candid ones of you interacting with your children/family. Don't worry...we will definitely provide some guidance and/or activities to help you interact and get the best shots possible. That being said, be prepared to run, jump, roll, laugh and most importantly snuggle!
Keep within your sense of style! - Keep in mind WHO you are dressing. You want these photos to reflect each unique personality that makes your family, well, YOUR family. It is also important to take into consideration you or your child's likes RIGHT NOW. You will be able to look back at these pictures and remember who you and your child were at that period in time. Have a favorite headband? Favorite toy? Likes to wear a cape around the house? Like to read or have a favorite book(s)? Bring it!

Q. When can I expect to see the photos?
A. We typically post 3-5 sneak peeks from your session on our facebook page during the time you are waiting for your gallery to be uploaded. All photos will be available for viewing in your password protected gallery within 2-4 weeks of the session. (All session fees must be paid before photos will be released.)
Q. How long do I have to place an order?
Approximately 2-4 weeks after your session, we will contact you to let you know that your online proof gallery is available.
A week after your proof gallery comes online, your optional post-session consultation will be set up in advance when your session is being booked. At this consultation, the client will be able to view all hard copies of your edited proof photographs. At this time, you will be able to place an order. Please keep in mind that within the first 15 days of the opening of the proof gallery, there is a discounted price on all items. The Gallery will stay open for 6 months. There are also payment plans available for purchase, but items will not be delivered until payment is made in full. Arrangements will be made if you are unable to view the gallery right away.
A variety of print, digital and custom products are available for purchase. We highly recommend ordering prints. Print pricing starts at $15. The use of a pro lab printer ensures that your images are true to color and printed on stronger paper stock that will last for an extended period of time. Prints produced by drugstore or superstore facilities typically have a green or yellow tinge. We cannot guarantee the quality of your prints if done elsewhere.
Client galleries are password protected and available for you to share with family and friends at your discretion. Prints and gifts can be ordered directly from your online gallery.
Digital files can be purchased individually for $30 for 5x7, $50 for 8x10 and $75 for 11x14. Please note that altering the images in any way is not permitted. You will have the right to print for personal use. We do not sell any unedited or RAW digital files. Once the digital images are delivered, we recommend backing up your digital files on your computer immediately.
Q. What type of payment are accepted?
A. Cash or major credit cards. Payment plans are also available upon request.
Q. What are is your shipping policy on orders placed?
A. All orders will be shipped within three weeks from the time that the order is placed. If you have questions as to the shipping status of your order, you may look up your order through the order status page on the proof site, or you may contact us for additional information.
Q. What is your product/service warranty?
A. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the items that you have purchased from us, please contact us and let us know. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Because all of our products are custom made/printed for you individually, all sales are final. If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please call us and we will work with you on receiving a replacement for the damaged product. Digital images may not be returned for any reason.
Q. How do I order my album that came with my package along with the larger prints?
A. Go into your event and add the (x) amount of images that are recommended for your album size to your "favorites". Once your favorites total reaches the (x) amount of images that can fit into your album included in your package, please click "Conctact Us" to send Jonathan an email letting him know your images for the album are ready.
Q. I want to order a set of all the images online. Can I do that?
A. Yes you can. Go into your event, and at the top there is a product called "set of all proofs".
Q. What do your larger prints look like?
A. Prints 11x14 or larger are all mounted. If you want the print unmounted, please state so in the order notes. If there are no notes included, a mount will be the default.
